This is an outstandingly good company to deal with. From the first contact and visit by Remo, it was clear that Energy Storage Direct understood, and were able to provide, us with the world class solution we were looking for. Gave me a demo of the monitoring, and all detail I required. Knowledgeable, accurate, and not pushy. An A1 sales presentation. (As the MD of a 35yr old business, I've had a few of these). Come installation time, Rocco and his team did an exceptional job. They were punctual, polite and a real pleasure to deal with. The quality of the installation was impressive, and Rocco was happy to oblige my requests. A programming issue on the last day saw the installers having to stay in our town (450km away from their homes) an extra day beyond their plans, but Rocco's statement "I'm not leaving until it's perfect", shows the quality of this company. I cannot find enough superlatives to describe these guys. In summary, easy to deal with, exceptional quality equipment and installation. We will hire them again for other sites. read less
